Two women were injured during the Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes in the Belgorod region

Two civilians were injured as a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Belgorod region. This was announced on July 23 by the operational headquarters of the region.

"Two civilians and a fighter of the Orlan unit were injured from the attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces," the ministry said in a publication on the Maks messenger.

According to the operational headquarters, in the village of Oktyabrsky, Belgorod district, as a result of an ammunition hit, a woman received a shrapnel wound to her leg. The victim was taken to Oktyabrskaya District Hospital, and after receiving medical treatment, she was transferred to Belgorod City Hospital No. 2.

Another woman received blind shrapnel wounds to her face and leg as a result of an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle on a commercial facility in Belgorod. She also received medical attention.

Drones attacked Belgorod on July 23, as a result of which at least one person was injured there, as well as civilian objects and cars were damaged. Later, the law enforcement agencies reported that the injured man turned out to be the groom, who was leaving the building of one of the city's registry offices with the bride.

Later, five more people were injured in attacks by UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Belgorod region. It was clarified that a man with a shrapnel wound to the shoulder and a woman with a shin wound were hospitalized, and another victim with a mine explosion injury was also taken to the hospital.
