Lantratova accused the Ukrainian Armed Forces of genocide of the population of Konstantinovka

Before the liberation of Konstantinovka by the Russian military, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) conducted a "hunt" for civilians and organized genocide of the population. This was announced on July 22 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Yana Lantratova, as part of the presentation of the report of the International Public Tribunal on crimes committed by the Kiev regime against civilians in Konstantinovka.

According to her, residents of Konstantinovka reported cases of the use of Ukrainian drones to harass people on the streets, in basements and near temples. She pointed to the deaths of entire families under shelling and the killing of civilians during evacuation attempts. The Ombudsman also stressed that the attacks on the shops were carried out specifically to provoke panic and flight of the population.

"These are not random arrivals. This is a deliberate "hunt" and a policy of hatred. <...> The Ukrainian Armed Forces militants purposefully set fire to the church of Konstantinovka, where civilians were trying to escape from the shelling at that moment. Eyewitnesses also say that Ukrainian militants purposefully fired at volunteers who were bringing humanitarian supplies to residents. Well, this is genocide!" she said.

Moscow is confident that the Ukrainians deliberately hit civilian transport, and their next crime in the West will again prefer not to notice.

On the same day, Lantratova reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were attacking civilians on a daily basis, including targeting children. She also recalled the attack on the bus in which Belarusian children were traveling on vacation to Gelendzhik.
