Azerbaijani President announces meeting of representatives of Russia and Germany in Baku

In July, Baku hosted a meeting of former high-ranking representatives of Russia and Germany. This was announced by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on July 21.

According to Aliyev, the Azerbaijani side was not aware of these negotiations and did not participate in them, therefore it does not have information about their content. At the same time, he noted that the fact of the meeting, in his opinion, is confirmed by data on completed flights.

At the same time, there was no official confirmation of information about the negotiations from Russia or Germany.
