The leader of the rating of milk processors has changed in Russia

Logika Moloka, a leading producer of fresh dairy products, ice cream, baby food and plant-based beverages in Russia, took the first place in the ranking of the largest Russian dairy companies. The rating was compiled by the National Union of Milk Producers (Soyuzmoloko), the analytical agency Streda Consulting and the Milknews media platform.

The company returned to the first place based on revenue data for 2025 — the figure was 167.1 billion rubles, and the annual growth was 17.9%. At the same time, for the first time in three years, Logic of Milk has taken leadership positions not only in certain categories of whole milk products and modern dairy, but also in the industry as a whole, the company emphasized.

"The highest position in the rating of Russian dairy producers indicates the correctness of the chosen strategy, not only in terms of increasing production and expanding the functional and innovative product line, the demand for which is growing at a double—digit pace, but also in terms of entering new categories," said Ruslan Alisultanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Logika Moloka. He recalled that the company is also represented in the ice cream market and intends to intensively develop this area. In addition, the company plans to enter the cheese category this year.

"The main conclusion of the updated rating is not only a change of leader, but also confirmation that in conditions of high demand volatility and fierce competition, companies that are able to combine scale with investment activity and flexibility in assortment management are winning," said Artem Belov, CEO of Soyuzmoloko. He added that steady growth today is provided not so much by the price environment as by systematic cost control, portfolio diversification and readiness for M&A transactions, which allow us to quickly increase market share.
