Honorary President of the Russian Football Union (RFU) Vyacheslav Koloskov said on July 16 that he was unhappy that he could not watch the World Cup semi-final match between the national teams of France and Spain due to the game being broadcast on a streaming platform.

It is noted that the main part of the tournament matches is shown on the federal TV channel, however, individual meetings are available only through the Internet service.

"Unfortunately, I was unable to watch the Spain–France semi-final match. <...> Because of this, I was extremely outraged, surprised and offended," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Koloskov added that he had prepared in advance to watch the semi-final of the match, but instead of broadcasting the match, he saw another program. According to him, he was unable to connect to the platform. At the same time, he managed to watch the second semi-final match.
