The court fined rapper Ptakh for 80 thousand rubles in the case of drug propaganda.

The Nikulinsky court of Moscow decided to impose an administrative fine in the amount of 80 thousand rubles to the musical performer Ptakha (real name — David Nuriev) in the case of drug propaganda. This was reported on July 16 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

The court protocol was drawn up in accordance with Article 6.13, Part 3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Propaganda of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances using the Internet").

The corresponding administrative case against Ptakha was opened on July 2. In early May, Nuriev received the title of Venerable Master of the Russian Masonic Lodge. At the same time, Ptakha invited everyone to try to join the ranks of the organization. He also refuted widespread stereotypes about Freemasons, saying that they are not Satanists (the movement is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).

A correspondent for Izvestia reported on May 12 that rapper Ganvest (real name Ruslan Gominov) was fined 70,000 rubles in a Moscow court in an administrative case involving drug propaganda in his songs. A report on the rapper for a similar violation was submitted to one of the courts in St. Petersburg.
