The Russian Foreign Ministry called the supply of weapons to Kiev an obstacle to the settlement

The continued supply of weapons to the Kiev regime is hindering the settlement of the conflict. This was announced on July 15 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

"The West turns a blind eye to the Kiev regime's use of supplied weapons in violation of international humanitarian law <...> Arms supplies are one of the obstacles to a Ukrainian settlement," she said at a briefing.

According to her, Ukraine has actually become one of the largest centers of the international black market of weapons. Zakharova also said that the arms supplies do not correspond to the statements of Western countries about the desire for peace.

While Kiev is talking about its own production, allies are lining up for access to new technologies and defense capabilities.

The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, promised Ukraine to provide "safe drone factories" on the territory of the European Union. It was noted that Kiev and the European Union have signed an agreement on drones, which provides for combining Ukrainian experience and European industrial potential to increase production.

On July 13, nine European countries, including members of the Coalition of the Willing, agreed to create an association with Ukraine to counter ballistic missile attacks. The members of the new coalition intend to combine defense industry bases, research and experience to create a joint missile defense capability in Europe.
