Six-time Olympic champion Lidiya Skoblikova is included in the Peacemaker database

Lydia Skoblikova, a six-time Olympic speed skating champion in the USSR national team, was added to the database of the Ukrainian Mirotvorets resource (recognized as extremist and banned in Russia). This was confirmed on July 14 by data from the resource's website.

According to TASS, the Soviet athlete is charged with "an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine." The authors of the resource also accuse Skoblikova of supporting a special military operation.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that the head coach of the Spartak Moscow hockey club, Alexei Zhamnov, was added to the Peacemaker database. He is charged with an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as support for a special operation.
