The Troitsky Court of Moscow extended the arrest of Diana Shurygina until August 19.

The Moscow Troitsky Court extended the term of the preventive measure against Diana Shurygina (Shlyanina), accused of distributing pornography, until August 19, 2026. This was reported on July 14 in the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of Moscow.

"The Troitskiy District Court of Moscow has granted the investigation's request to extend the period of detention until August 19, 2026 in respect of Diana Alekseevna Shlyanina," the Telegram channel said.

On July 8, the Troitskiy Court of Moscow replaced Shurygina's house arrest with detention. It is known that the measure of restraint was tightened due to the fact that the blogger violated the conditions of being under house arrest.

On June 16, the court chose a preventive measure for Shurygina in the form of house arrest until July 19. The girl is charged under Article 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal production and trafficking of pornographic materials or objects").

On June 17, Izvestia was convinced in a dialogue with the seller that the sale of access to paid content under the name of Shurygina continues, despite the girl's being under house arrest. It was noted that the talk show star has not stopped selling subscriptions to a closed Telegram channel, the cost of access to premium content is 4850 rubles.
