Architectural and finishing works are continuing at the Rublyovo-Arkhangelskaya metro line stations under construction. This was announced on July 14 by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning and Construction.

According to him, the passenger areas are being finished at Zvenigorodskaya, Narodnoe Opolchenie and General Karbyshev Boulevard stations. The total area of work exceeds 47 thousand square meters, including platforms and lobbies. At the same time, a unique concept has been developed for each station, related to the history and features of the area.

Thus, the design of the Narodnoe Opolchenie station will refer to the first stations of the Moscow Metro. Two rows of columns with arches will be installed here, and the lining of the track walls will create an unusual visual effect: depending on the direction of travel, passengers will see black or red elements. In addition, the station will feature reliefs dedicated to the heroic deeds of volunteers during the Great Patriotic War.

The design of the General Karbyshev Boulevard station will be dedicated to military engineers. Themed bas-reliefs will be placed on the columns, the station's name will be decorated in orange and black colors reminiscent of the St. George ribbon, and an image of the "Golden Star" of Hero of the Soviet Union Dmitry Karbyshev, after whom the station is named, will appear next to it.

Zvenigorodskaya will be executed in a light monochrome color scheme. Three-layer aluminum panels, marble and natural stone are used for decoration, and the track walls will be decorated with curly brass letters with the name of the station. kp.ru .

The Rublyovo-Arkhangelskaya line will stretch for more than 27 km and include 12 stations. Transfers to the MCC, Solntsevskaya, Filevskaya, Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya and Bolshaya Koltsevaya metro lines will be organized for passengers.
