The Second Forum "Russia and the World: Trends in Healthy Longevity" was held at the World Trade Center in Moscow. The business program of the event included more than 20 expert discussions on six thematic tracks: "Public health and innovation", "Mechanisms of aging and opportunities for biological age management", "Art and culture: integration with medicine", "Regions of Russia", "Effective promotion" and "Nutrition and biologically active additives to food." The Forum is organized by the Office of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation. Organizational partners: The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Scientific Research Center of the Russian Federation "Russian Scientific Surgery Center named after Academician B.V. Petrovsky" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has sent greetings to the participants and guests of the II Forum "Russia and the World: Trends in Healthy Longevity". "It is gratifying that the forum is becoming traditional, once again bringing together renowned scientists, doctors, public figures, experts in the field of medicine and healthcare, and food manufacturers from different regions of the country. You will have to continue a serious, meaningful conversation on a wide range of issues related to saving and strengthening people's health, improving the quality and duration of their lives, and improving the demographic situation," Vladimir Putin stressed.

The plenary session "Russia and the world: trends in healthy longevity. Goal, strategy, tactics" took place on the second day of the event. "A new model of medicine is being formed in the world, focused not on anticipating illness, but on early detection of pre-risks and maintaining a healthy life. In 2024, Abu Dhabi was one of the first to approve a standard for healthy longevity medicine centers and licensed a specialized center. However, in most countries, this is still a set of separate initiatives. There is still no integrated federal system with uniform rules of operation, routing of citizens and inclusion in state guarantees of medical care anywhere except Russia. Russia has already taken the next step. We have adopted the necessary regulatory framework. A new healthcare development strategy until 2030 has been approved by presidential decree. In 2026, the Program of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens includes new provisions on the phased organization of centers for healthy longevity medicine in the regions," Tatyana Golikova emphasized. As part of the national project "Long and active Life", the regions are purchasing equipment for conducting research. They are modernizing their laboratory base. A new position has been introduced — a doctor in the field of healthy longevity medicine.

"The issues of healthy longevity today unite the professional community far beyond national borders. The forum "Russia and the World: Trends in healthy Longevity" has become a platform where Russian and foreign experts jointly discuss modern scientific achievements, best practices and promising areas of development. It is important for us that Russia not only participates in this dialogue, but also acts as one of the centers for shaping a new international agenda in the field of healthy longevity," said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation.

Vladimir Mashkov, Chairman of the Union of Theatrical Figures of the Russian Federation, Artistic Director of the Oleg Tabakov Moscow Theater, the Sovremennik Moscow Theater, presented the results of a study on the positive impact of creativity on human cognitive health, which was conducted at the Russian State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Russian Scientific Center of Surgery named after Academician B.V. Petrovsky" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The study showed that representatives of creative professions have higher accuracy, while having fewer reactions (the "quality instead of speed" strategy), higher creativity scores, and consistently high scores on the Montreal Cognitive Function Assessment Scale.

The exhibition space of the forum became a practical continuation of the business program, presenting modern domestic developments and technologies in the field of healthy longevity. The participants were able to get acquainted with the model of the Center for Healthy Longevity Medicine, the results of the first comprehensive study of regional risk factors for obesity and factors of healthy longevity, as well as new solutions in the field of prevention, diagnosis and health care.

On the sidelines of the forum, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The key goal of the partnership will be to develop a culture of healthy longevity, involve citizens in creative activities and promote health-saving technologies through cultural and artistic tools. Special attention under the agreement will be paid to supporting and scaling up the regional movement for Healthy Longevity Medicine. The agreement was signed by Olga Lyubimova, Minister of Culture, and Alexander Stuglev, Director of the Roscongress Foundation.

During the Forum, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova presented state awards to the head of the Republic of Mordovia, Artyom Zdunov, Director of the Institute of Biology of Aging and Medicine of Healthy Longevity with the Clinic of Preventive Medicine of the Russian Scientific Center of Surgery named after Academician B.V. Petrovsky Alexey Moskalev and Chief Physician of the Clinic of Preventive Medicine of the Institute of Biology of Aging and Medicine of Healthy Longevity of the Russian Scientific Center of Surgery named after Academician B.V. Petrovsky Inna Reshetova.
