A one-and-a-half-year-old child drowned in the Pskov region

The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case into the death of a one-and-a-half-year-old child in the Pskov region. The kid drowned while walking.

The incident occurred on the evening of July 9 in the Bezhanitsy work settlement. According to the Pskov news feed, the child left the house on his own and fell into a pond.

Investigators conducted an inspection of the scene and ordered a forensic medical examination.

An 11-year-old child drowned while swimming in the Voronezh reservoir. He was hit by a boat. A criminal case has been opened into the incident.
