Almost 250 apartment buildings have been renovated in the Moscow region
In the Moscow region, 248 facilities have been completed under the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings (MCD). This is reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Housing and Communal Services.
High rates of work were noted in Khimki, Balashikha, Lyubertsy and Pushkinsky. Over the past week, 15 apartment buildings have been accepted. Residents, representatives of the management company, the Department of technical supervision of capital repairs and the Capital Repair Fund are involved in the process.
In total, major repairs are planned in 2114 houses. Builders are updating facades, roofs, engineering systems and other elements of the MCD, the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya clarifies.
According to Kirill Grigoriev, the head of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, starting this year, contracts are concluded for up to one year. One contract can include no more than five houses, and all work must be completed by December 31. It is assumed that in this way the repair time is reduced, and the termination of contracts with contractors occurs less frequently.
Earlier in July, Dmitry Bondar, an expert on housing and communal services, spoke about the nuances of paying contributions for the overhaul of the MCD. This obligation applies to almost all homeowners, but the legislation provides for a number of exceptions and benefits.
