Razin questioned the competence of the judge of the Khostinsky court on the issue of Shatunov's children

The former producer of "Tender May" Andrei Razin questioned the decision of the Sochi Khostinsky court on whether Svetlana Shatunova's son Dennis is the child of singer Yuri Shatunov. This was announced on July 8 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the Shcherbinsky courtroom.

Razin's representative, Alexei Zharkov, said he had not seen the original birth and marriage documents and doubted that the judge had read them correctly.

"The judge looked at it, but they didn't give me copies, I didn't see them myself," he said.

The plaintiff's side regarded this as contempt of court and stated that the defendant "has the right to express doubts at home in the kitchen."

The essence of Svetlana Shatunova's claim is to protect the honor and dignity of her children. The plaintiff's parties claim that Razin is spreading false information that Dennis and Estella are allegedly not Yuri Shatunov's own children. According to Shatunova, these publications harm the mental health of children. She demands to recognize the information as unreliable and oblige Razin to publish a refutation of his words on social networks.

The organizers are in no hurry to cancel the singer's events, and the next meditation concert will be held in her support.

Razin was charged with fraud on a particularly large scale in November last year. According to the investigation, the producer for a long time used a fake contract with the author of the songs "Tender May" Sergey Kuznetsov and received money as the copyright holder. The poet's widow was recognized as a victim in the case. At the same time, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation put Razin on the wanted list, and the material damage in the criminal case against him amounted to about 500 million rubles.

On February 19, the Moscow City Court recognized Razin's arrest in absentia in a particularly large-scale fraud case. He is charged with Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Fraud on an especially large scale") and faces up to 10 years in prison.
