Lantratova announced the release of all residents of the Kursk region from captivity in Ukraine

All civilians of the Kursk region who were in Ukrainian captivity have been released. This was announced on July 8 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Yana Lantratova.

"There are no Kursk civilians in captivity on the territory of Ukraine, we have taken them all away," TASS reports her words.

Lantratova noted that currently there are no Kursk civilians left in Ukrainian captivity. At the same time, the search continues for residents of the region who are missing.

Lantratova reported on July 7 that the office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, together with the Ministry of Defense, had determined the fate of 91 servicemen who had previously been considered missing during a special military operation. In addition, Moscow and Kiev conducted three prisoner exchanges in June. As a result of these events, 550 Russian servicemen returned to their homeland.
