Armenian midfielder Eduard Spertsyan has left Krasnodar football club and will continue his career at the Saudi club Al-Ahli. This was announced on July 7 by the team's press service in the Telegram channel.

At the same time, the term of the player's agreement with the new club is not specified. Krasnodar also noted Spertsyan's contribution to the club's history. In 185 games with the team, he recorded 102 assists — 58 goals and 44 assists — and became the second-best scorer in the club's history.

The 26-year-old athlete is also a graduate of the Krasnodar Academy. In the 2024/25 season, he and his team became the champion of Russia. According to the results of the last season of the Russian Premier League, the midfielder made 16 assists, repeating the record of the tournament, and also scored 13 goals, Sport-Express clarifies.

In June, striker Anton Zabolotny left Spartak Moscow due to the expiration of his contract. During the season as a member of Spartak, Zabolotny played 16 matches, seven of which came in the winning draw of the Russian Cup for the team.
