Two people received shrapnel wounds as a result of a massive attack by Ukrainian drones on the Yaroslavl region. This was announced on July 6 by the governor of the region Mikhail Evraev.

"Tonight, on the approach to Yaroslavl, air defense and electronic warfare forces repelled a massive attack by Ukrainian UAVs. More than 70 drones were shot down. Two people received shrapnel wounds," says Evraev's channel in the Maks messenger.

The governor clarified that both victims were hospitalized. They are provided with all necessary medical care.

He also warned that there may be fragments of drones in the region, which are important for the investigation. When they are found, residents are advised not to approach them, not to use phones nearby, move to a safe distance and report the location of the wreckage.

The head of the region added that the threat of unmanned danger remains.

On the same day, Evraev reported that traffic in Yaroslavl towards Moscow was blocked due to the threat of drone attacks. He clarified that units of the Ministry of Defense and other law enforcement agencies continue to carry out security tasks.
