Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on July 5 that the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, did not need Ukrainian citizens.
"Zelensky needs Ukrainians neither dead nor alive," she told RIA Novosti.
This is how the diplomat commented on Kiev's refusal to stop the shelling of Konstantinovka for the sake of returning the bodies of the dead soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
