The Congress of the Fair Russia Party is taking place in Moscow.
The Fair Russia Congress is being held in Moscow on July 4, and the meeting is headed by its chairman, Sergei Mironov.
The agenda of the event includes the approval of the party's election program and the nomination of candidates for deputies of the State Duma. In addition, other initiatives will be proposed, one of them concerns the support of special military operation (SVO) fighters.
"We cannot but start by supporting our valiant soldiers, participants in the special military operation. We are in favor of a single certificate, so that each participant of his organization receives a hectare of land for free, so that there are uniform benefits throughout the country," Mironov said.
On June 16, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the appointment of elections of State Duma deputies for September 20, 2026. On May 28, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of the Russian Federation, Ella Pamfilova, announced that the elections to the State Duma would be held within three days. She clarified that 12 political parties will be able to participate in the State Duma elections in 2026 without collecting signatures. 18 political parties in Russia have the right to participate in elections at various levels.
