Ukrainian border guards were surrounded in the area of the White Well
Ukrainian border guards from the 11th border guard detachment were surrounded by the Russian Armed Forces. They are cut off from supplies in the area of the settlement of Bely Kolodez in the Kharkiv region. This was reported on July 4 in the law enforcement agencies.
"Relatives of Ukrainian border guards from the 11th border guard detachment are massively complaining on Ukrainian social networks that their relatives and friends are surrounded without security in the area of the village of Bely Kolodez in the Kharkiv region," the security forces told RIA Novosti.
The village of Bely Kolodez is located in the Volchansky district of the Kharkiv region. It is an important logistics center for the Ukrainian group. The liberation of the village will cut off communication routes for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Volchansk area and make it difficult to transfer reserves, the agency notes.
On July 3, Russian law enforcement agencies reported that Ukrainian formations from the 159th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine suffered heavy losses in the White Well in the Volchansk area of the special operation and continue to transfer reserves from the rear areas of the Kharkiv region to hold the settlement. The losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the day amounted to more than 220 personnel, of which more than 160 were in the Sumy region and more than 60 in the Kharkiv region.
