A captured militant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine told about the threats of his colleagues to kill him while trying to surrender

On July 4, Georgy Rusnak, a captured serviceman of the 107th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), said that his colleagues threatened to kill him if he tried to escape from positions to surrender to the Russian military.

"When we were sent to the position, I wanted to escape before the Russians. They said: if you run away, we will shoot you either in the leg, or you will be two hundredth at once," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

On July 1, the Russian security forces reported that militants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' barrage units had dropped an anti-tank mine on Ukrainian soldiers who were trying to surrender to the Russian Armed Forces in the village of Ukrainske, Kharkiv region.
