The last shots of the girl who died in the Leningrad region have appeared
A 12-year-old schoolgirl has disappeared in the Tosnensky district of the Leningrad region. Her mother, Tatiana Naumova, told Izvestia on July 3 that her daughter was heading home before she disappeared.
The girl went for a walk on July 2, and at around 17:00 she contacted her parents for the last time.
"She said that she has a clearing of chanterelles there, she has collected them and is returning home. Using the cameras, we tracked how she left the area where she was picking chanterelles and went out onto the road between the orchards," the woman explained.
Investigators are working at the place where the schoolgirl was found, and the circumstances of the incident are being clarified. In the video, a schoolgirl in a yellow raincoat with a black backpack walks along the road towards the forest. It was the recordings from the surveillance cameras that helped establish the route of her movement.
The girl's body was found on the same day. A source told Izvestia that a criminal case was opened as a result of the incident under Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder"). The press service of the St. Petersburg search team "LizaAlert" said that the girl informed her family by phone that she was returning home, but did not come home.
