The Sollers car company will start paying 1.1 million rubles for the third child.
The Sollers Group, which manufactures cars in Russia, has announced the launch of a corporate demographic support program. Starting in 2027, families of employees of all the group's enterprises will receive a one-time payment of 1.1 million rubles at the birth of their third and subsequent child. This is stated in the message of the company's press service, which was received by Izvestia on July 3.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sollers, Adil Shirinov, told the Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region, Alexey Russian, about the implementation of the demographic support program during a working meeting.
In addition, he announced that starting from July 1, 2026, the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant and other Sollers enterprises will host an annual planned salary increase.
"The launch of the new corporate program is our first step towards the phased implementation of the "Gold Standard of Corporate Demographic Support," and we will continue to consistently move in this direction, just as we are moving in terms of continuous wage growth for production staff," Shirinov said.
As previously reported on July 3, the Russian Ministry of Transport approved changes to the guidelines for parking space management in the country's cities — it is proposed to expand parking privileges for large families.
