In Kamchatka, police officers stopped a car driven by a 14-year-old teenager during a wheel-firing chase. This was reported on July 3 in the Telegram channel "MIA Media".

"The crew of the highway patrol service of the State Traffic Inspectorate signaled the driver of the Mitsubishi Mirage car to stop in order to check his documents, but he ignored the legitimate demands of the police and drove on, increasing his speed," the message says.

It is specified that the driver continued to move, posing a threat to other road users. After firing a warning shot into the air, the police opened fire on the wheels of the car, damaging the tires and stopping the vehicle. The driver was a 14-year-old teenager without a driver's license. His acquaintances were also in the car.

An intoxicated driver without a license, in whose car there were seven passengers, on May 13 provoked a chase in the city of Vytegra, Vologda region. It was noted that during the pursuit, the inspectors noticed that people were even sitting in the trunk of the car. The driver, walking away from the chase, grossly violated traffic regulations, drove onto the sidewalk and crossed a solid marking line.
