Three people died as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' night attacks on the Zaporizhia region.

Three people died as a result of night attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Zaporizhia region. This was announced on July 3 by the governor of the region Evgeny Balitsky.

"Last night, the enemy did not stop its cynical attacks on our peaceful settlements and the civilian infrastructure of the region. Unfortunately, there were casualties — three people died," he said in a message on the Maks messenger.

It is noted that the first victim was found in the parking lot in front of the entrance to Melitopol. It turned out to be a truck driver born in 1968. Two more people, a man born in 1948 and a woman born in 1950, were found under the rubble of a private house in the urban—type settlement of Kamysh—Zarya, Kuibyshev municipal district.

The head of the Zaporizhia region expressed his condolences to the families and friends of the victims.

On the same day, the operational headquarters of the Belgorod region reported the death of a civilian during rocket fire from the Armed Forces of Belgorod. It was noted that as a result of the incident, a fire broke out on the territory of one of the infrastructure facilities, and five cars were damaged.
