A neighbor who saved a two-year-old child who fell out of a fourth-floor window in Kaliningrad told Izvestia on July 2 the details of what happened.

At the time of the incident, a 71-year-old woman was planting flowers near her house. She was informed about the boy standing on the windowsill by the children playing in the yard. When she heard their screams, she looked up and saw the child standing in the open window.

"I ran up there, there's the fourth floor, and he's already standing on the slope of the iron. And I'm shouting, "Parents, where are you? Take the child away!" And the children are screaming," she said.

The woman also noted that the family had recently moved into this house, and the children, according to her observations, always helped their parents with household chores.

In Kaliningrad, on July 1, a woman caught a two-year-old boy who fell out of a fourth-floor window. The child was taken to the Children's Regional Hospital without visible injuries, his condition is stable and his life is not in danger. The woman was injured during the rescue and was taken to the city emergency hospital in the trauma department, her condition is assessed as satisfactory.
