The New People Party approved the federal list of candidates for the State Duma elections

The election campaign to the State Duma is gaining momentum. On July 1, at the pre-election congress in Moscow, the New People party approved the federal list of candidates. It was headed by the chairman of the political force Alexey Nechaev, with a total of 382 candidates.

"We are going to the State Duma to make life in the country even more normal, modern, and more rapid. This kind of Russia is modern, aspiring to the future — our Homeland is something that can only be built together," Nechaev stressed.

Candidates should now begin active campaigning in the regions.

The State Duma elections are scheduled for September 20. In addition to the Duma deputies, the heads of 11 regions will be selected. Russians will also elect deputies to the legislative assemblies of 39 regions of the country.

The party has announced 12 ideas with which it will go to the State Duma elections — it can double the number of mandates, experts believe.

On June 26, the New People Party, together with the New youth movement, held a street art festival in 40 cities on the eve of Youth Day. Young artists, designers, graffiti teams and representatives of creative industries from different regions of the country simultaneously created art objects on the theme "Russia 2050".
