The attack aircraft of the Vostok group of forces told about the liberation of Bogodarovka

On July 1, the attack aircraft of the 36th Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 29th Combined Arms Army of the Vostok group of forces shared the details of the liberation of the settlement of Bogodarovka in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

"My job was to bring up, deliver, and bring infantry to the front for a further offensive...> Such special moments are memorable when a mortar shoots at you during the delivery and export of guys. I drove to the point without headlights, took the crew, took them out <...> It happens very often almost every day, you shoot back," the fighter with the call sign Cherny shared.

During the fighting, Ukrainian formations on the right bank of the Gaichur River were driven out of their positions. In the area of the settlement, more than a platoon of enemy manpower, three armored combat vehicles, seven pieces of automotive equipment, as well as over 60 Baba-Yaga hexacopters were destroyed.

"The enemy occupied the forest belts that we had to liberate, it was difficult to get close to them. It was necessary to move stealthily unnoticed, well, and to expel the enemy from there, roughly speaking, to knock out the enemy," said a military man with the call sign Dolgan.

The liberation of Bogodarovka allowed Russian assault units to gain a foothold on the right bank of the Gaichur River, disrupt the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and create favorable conditions for further actions in the Alexandrovka area.

The release of Bogodarovka became known on June 29, the Russian Defense Ministry reported. They added that the Russian Armed Forces had defeated the enemy's manpower in the same direction. In addition, the equipment of the mechanized, assault, three amphibious assault brigades, as well as the assault regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Marine brigade were damaged. The report clarified that the enemy lost over 485 soldiers, an armored combat vehicle and six vehicles.
