The list of prohibited professions for women in Russia has been reduced by more than four times. This was announced on June 30 by Olga Batalina, First Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
"The list [of prohibited professions for women] has been reduced by more than four times today," she said at the strategic session "Social welfare of Northerners: principles of public policy" of the second forum of women of the North, her words are quoted by TASS.
