Two teenagers died in a fire in a private house in Bataysk
Two teenagers died in a fire in one of the private households in Bataysk, Rostov region. This was reported on June 30 in the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation for the region.
"A fire broke out in one of the private households located in the city of Bataysk, which killed two minors aged 14 and 15," the agency said in a Telegram channel.
It is clarified that a criminal case was opened in accordance with Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence to two or more persons").
Now, investigators are conducting an inspection at the scene of the tragedy, interrogating the owners of the ignited facility there and taking eyewitness statements. It is emphasized that all the circumstances of the incident will be established during the investigation.
On June 21, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the Chelyabinsk region reported the death of three people as a result of a fire in a garden house located on the territory of the Watchmaker farm in the Kopeisk urban district of the Chelyabinsk region. It was clarified that two more were injured and were taken to medical institutions. The flames were eliminated on an area of 15 square meters. After that, a fire testing laboratory was sent to the scene of the tragedy, whose staff must determine the exact cause of the incident.
