Two battalions of the 117th Territorial Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were disbanded after serious losses near Krasny Liman. This was reported on June 30 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

It is noted that the 117th separate brigade of the territorial defense of the Ukrainian army "suffered enormous losses" in the Krasnolimansk area of the special operation.

"The command has decided to disband two battalions of the brigade due to the mass death of personnel," RIA Novosti reports.

The assault regiment counted 26 dead recruits.

On the same day, Russian law enforcement agencies reported that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had deployed up to 50 newly mobilized soldiers from among men of pre-retirement age and limited age to Krasnopolye, Sumy region.
