The case was opened on the death of a little girl in an accident in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug

A criminal case has been opened in the Nizhnevartovsk district of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra over an accident that killed a four-year-old girl. This is reported by the district Prosecutor's office.

The accident occurred on June 28 on the 97th km of the Nizhnevartovsk–Raduzhny highway. According to police, the 52-year-old Gazelle Next driver drove into oncoming traffic and crashed into a Toyota Camry driven by a 33-year-old motorist.

The impact landed both cars in a ditch. A four-year-old Toyota passenger died on the way to the hospital. The driver of the car and his three other passengers, including two children, were taken to a medical facility, writes the news agency " <url>".

A criminal case has been opened into the accident under Part 3 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of traffic rules that negligently caused the death of a person." An investigation is underway.

On June 23, a Nissan car flew off the highway in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, then ended up among the trees on its side. As a result of a single accident, a female driver was killed and three children were injured.
