The new Deepal S07 crossover from Changan will appear in Russia in one configuration.

The Deepal S07 hybrid crossover will go on sale in Russia soon, and the model will be presented in one high-end configuration. This is stated in a message from Changan, which was received by Izvestia on June 29.

The Deepal S07 is equipped with a hybrid power plant with a sequential operation scheme: a 1.5-liter gasoline engine acts as a generator for an electric motor. The total power of the system is 238 hp (320 Nm), it allows you to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 7.7 seconds. The total range reaches 992 km (174 km on electric power). The battery capacity is 31.73 kWh, and at a high-power station it charges from 30% to 80% in 30 minutes. Fuel consumption is 5.7 liters/100 km in a mixed cycle.

The crossover is 4750 mm long with a wheelbase of 2900 mm and a ground clearance of 165 mm. The trunk volume varies from 445 to 1385 liters, depending on the position of the rear row. The car is equipped with 20-inch wheels with a two-color design and LED optics. The door handles are hidden, the doors are frameless. The panoramic roof area is 1.9 sq. m.

The package also includes an electric fifth door, eco-leather seat upholstery, ventilation and heating of all seats, double-layer front side windows, atmospheric interior lighting, a rotatable 15.6-inch central display that supports gesture control and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There is wireless charging for a smartphone, electric adjustment of the front seats, an all-round viewing system, intelligent cruise control with a traffic assistant and other driving assistants.

Earlier, on May 21, Changan announced that it would launch a new Deepal S05 crossover on the Russian market. The model has been certified in the Russian Federation and has received Vehicle Type Approval (OTT). It is an all-electric four-wheel drive crossover with a twin-engine powerplant. Currently, the Deepal line in Russia includes only the Deepal G318 hybrid crossover, which is manufactured at the Avtotor plant in Kaliningrad.
