- Khusnullin announced a clear and long-term plan in the construction sector in Russia.
In Russia, there is a clear long-term plan in the field of construction and infrastructure development, which defines the main areas of work for the coming years. This was announced on June 28 by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
According to him, one of the most important projects, Infrastructure for Life, consists of the main tasks for the next five years. It is noted that it is the subject of ongoing work in the industry.
"We are following this plan. Of course, we have certain adjustments, but in general we do not deviate from our goals and objectives," Khusnullin said in an interview with Izvestia correspondent Anton Zolotnitsky.
The deputy chairman of the Russian government also added that the construction of housing, the road network, landscaping and modernization of communal infrastructure remain priorities in the Russian Federation. In addition, special attention is paid to the development of support settlements.
"We have 2,160 strongholds, where more than 70% of the country's population lives. And now, based on the results of even the first half of the year, we see that, in general, all plans are still being implemented," the Russian Deputy Prime Minister stressed.
Khusnullin said on June 13 that Donbass and Novorossiya should reach the average Russian level of housing construction by 2030. According to him, the new regions face large-scale and complex tasks, but there is also an understanding of how to solve them. In his report to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Khusnullin stressed that all the goals and objectives set in the new regions will be achieved.
Before that, on May 19, Khusnullin noted that Russia needs to build thousands more kilometers of expressways, taking into account the development of international transport corridors. According to him, about 3.7 thousand km of expressways have been built in Russia using extra-budgetary sources. At the same time, about 10 thousand km of such trails are required only within the country.
