On June 25, the analytical company Medialogia summed up the results of the Russian series rating for May 2026, presenting the top 30 most popular projects among Russians for the month.

The leader of the rating was the American TV series "Boys", which scored 2984 points. Compared to last month, he rose from second place. The top five most popular shows also included "Euphoria" with 1983 points, the Russian Fifth Channel project "Sled" with 1617 points, the Japanese anime "Magic Battle" with 1378 points and the hit from the USA "Very Strange Things", which scored 1159 points.

The company noted that, despite the leadership of foreign projects, Russian TV series occupied the majority of positions in the May rating — 19 out of 30. The top 30 includes 29 game series and one anime. At the same time, 19 projects belong to franchises that started before 2025, 11 more are sequels of TV series released in 2025-2026, and nine became premieres in 2026.

Among the new projects, the highest places were taken by "The First Racket", "Off Campus", "Sentence", "Dogs and Wolves", "The Cabman", "Kuzya: The Path to Success", "Radar", "Prints" and "Shores of Love".

According to Medialogia, the release of new seasons has allowed the TV series "Boys" and "Euphoria" to significantly strengthen their positions compared to April. At the same time, the audience's interest in "Molodezhka", "Daddy's Daughters" and "Uni", which were in the top 5 in April, decreased due to the lack of new episodes. The best dynamics among Russian projects was shown by Sled, which rose to third place and achieved the best result since the beginning of 2026.

The study sample included 1,379 projects. When compiling the rating, the impact of the series on the Russian population was taken into account. This criterion is reflected in the scores that the shows from the list received. The calculations were based on the audience's search interest, views on television and online platforms, social media activity, and other parameters of viewers' interaction with the series.
