Russia's international reserves increased by $14.5 billion in a week

As of June 19, 2026, Russia's international reserves amounted to $743.8 billion. This was announced on June 25 on the website of the Central Bank of Russia.

According to the regulator, the figure increased by $14.5 billion in a week.

A week earlier, on June 12, the volume of reserves amounted to $729.3 billion, and on June 5 — $749.7 billion.

This could result in serious reputational losses for Washington.

On May 21, the Central Bank reported that Russia's international reserves decreased by $2.1 billion over the week and amounted to $768.9 billion as of May 15. According to the regulator, the decrease occurred as a result of the market revaluation of assets and changes in the structure of reserves.
