Five courtyards will be renovated in Ulan-Ude and two playgrounds will be equipped.

In Ulan-Ude, the improvement of five courtyards and the construction of two new playgrounds are planned for 2026. Some of the work has already been completed, the press service of the City Economy Committee reported on Thursday, June 25.

So, two multifunctional zones for children will appear on Partizanskaya Street, 25 and in the military town on Volochaevskaya, 30. There they will equip a playground with exercise equipment, a ball field, a sidewalk and landscaping.

Three courtyards, which will be put in order, are located on Meretskova Street next to houses No. 21, 22 and 28. Two more are located at 132 Zherdyaeva Street and 14 Limonov Street.

Footpaths have already been laid in the yards under repair and new benches have been installed. The work is on schedule. The quality of their implementation at each stage is controlled by the Committee of the mining industry, writes IA UlanMedia.

Earlier it was reported that 40 squares, parks and streets will be landscaped in Ulan-Ude. In total, 12 thousand seedlings of plants and shrubs will be planted, of which 5 thousand were grown in the city nursery.
