Residents' requests are automatically sent to the Sber industry solution on the platform Doma.ai , which is used by the Criminal Code, and is distributed among the performers. The system monitors the regulatory deadlines for work, and managers see all applications in real time. This eliminates the loss of appeals, increases discipline and helps companies avoid fines from the housing inspectorate.
