The court postponed until July the consideration of Dolina's claim against the fraudsters who deceived her

The Lefortovo court of Moscow postponed to July 31 the consideration of the claim of singer Larisa Dolina for the recovery of 114 million rubles of property damage from the defendants in the criminal case of fraud with her apartment. This was reported on June 25 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

The defendants are Angela Tsyrulnikova, Dmitry Leontiev, Artur Kamenetsky and Andrey Osnovy. The court decided to postpone the hearing due to the fact that the court did not receive answers to previously sent requests, including about the location of the defendants in order to notify them.

The singer's claim for the recovery of 176 million rubles was filed with the Balashikha Court of the Moscow Region. It became known there that Dolina had reduced her claims to 114 million, as the court in Yoshkar-Ola had previously decided to award her part of the funds from the defendants, including those involved in the criminal case.

Because of the decision to leave the apartment to the singer and not return the money to the buyer in Russia, they are now afraid to sell housing, lawyers say.

In early June, the Tatarstan court seized the land plot of one of the droppers, to whose bank card Dolina transferred money in 2024 on the instructions of fraudsters. The area of the plot is 787 sq. m. Before that, 13 million rubles of unjustified enrichment and more than 1.8 million rubles as interest for using other people's money were recovered from the dropper in favor of the singer.

In November last year, the Balashikha City Court issued a verdict in the case of the sale of an apartment by Dolina. Courier Tsyrulnikova, who took the money from the singer, received seven years in prison with a fine of 1 million rubles. Three more defendants in the case — Osnovy, Kamenetsky and Leontiev — were sentenced to four and seven years in a penal colony with a fine of 900 thousand rubles.

Later, in February, the defendants in the case, convicted of participating in the scam, asked the court of appeal to overturn the verdict and return the materials to the prosecutor for additional investigation.
