In Orenburg, several Ukrainian UAVs were shot down over an industrial enterprise

An attempt at a massive attack on the Orenburg region was made by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), several unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were shot down over an enterprise in the regional center. This was announced on June 24 by Governor Evgeny Solntsev.

"A massive drone attack on our region today was organized by the criminal regime of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Several UAVs were shot down over an industrial enterprise in the regional center," he wrote on the Maks messenger.

It is specified that emergency services are working on the spot. There was no information about the victims.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces used the tactics of "overloading" the Russian air defense and pursued primarily media goals, experts believe.

The head of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar, said on the same day that over the past night more than 30 UAVs had been destroyed in the cities of Gukovo and Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, as well as in five districts of the region: Bokovsky, Millerovsky, Rodionovo-Nesvetaysky, Chertkovsky and Sholokhovsky.
