Neighborhoods with sports facilities will be built in the south-east of Moscow.

In the Nizhny Novgorod region of Moscow, more than 10.6 hectares of the former Volgogradsky Prospekt, Grayvoronovo, Karacharovo and Sickle and Hammer industrial zones are being reorganized as part of four integrated territorial development projects. According to him, it is planned to build about 194,000 square meters of real estate on the sites, including more than 134,000 square meters of public and business facilities and almost 60,000 square meters of housing. The Department of Urban Planning Policy clarified that offices, a hotel, a shopping center, sports and entertainment and fitness complexes, a hockey center, as well as housing will appear in the new quarters, the website notes. kp.ru . Currently, five residential buildings and an administrative and business center are being built on Perovsky Highway and Zolotorozhsky Val Street. In total, there are more than 420 CRT projects in Moscow at various stages of implementation, writes Moscow 24.

Earlier, on June 13, Yefimov said that as part of the implementation of three construction projects, buildings of fire brigades will be built in the districts of Kryukovo, Pechatniki and Ochakovo-Matveevskoye.
