The date and format of the Sbera AGM have been announced

Annual Meeting of the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) Sberbank's 2025 meeting will be held on June 30, 2026 in a remote format on the same day as the event of the bank's Shareholders' Club, Sberbank said.

As part of the AGM, Sberbank CEO German Gref will be interviewed by Elina Tikhonova and Marianna Maksimovskaya, during which he will answer questions from shareholders live. The broadcast of the AGM will begin at 10:00 Moscow time on the event's website.

During the AGM, shareholders will review the results of 2025, decide on the payment of dividends in the amount of 850.2 billion rubles, and approve the bank's annual report. The meeting participants must also elect a new supervisory board, approve an auditor, and decide whether to approve an interested-party transaction.

After the meeting, a special meeting of the Sber Shareholders Club will begin, which can be accessed online. During the live broadcast, market experts and bank executives will discuss the future of investments and new opportunities for club members, the bank said. In particular, the president of the World Association of Chinese Science Fiction, co-author of the book "AI-2041. Ten images of our future" by Chen Qiufan. The topic of his speech is "From AI-2041 to Investing-2041: trends, turning points and the next 15 years."

Ruslan Westerovsky, Senior Vice President of Sberbank and Head of the Wealth Management unit, will also present a view on the future of Savings Investments.
