The Dorogomilovsky court of Moscow fined Dmitry Spirin, ex-vocalist of the band "Cockroaches!" (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent), 50,000 rubles for violating the law on foreign agents. This was reported on June 23 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

Spirin was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to provide or untimely submission of information about his activities").
