On June 22, Deputy Permanent Representative of the United States to the United Nations Dan Negrea called for the start of negotiations to resolve the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
"Now is the time for Russia and Ukraine to return to the negotiating table and conclude a peace agreement," TASS quoted him as saying.
The diplomat noted that the United States is committed to achieving a negotiated settlement to end the conflict between the two countries as soon as possible.
