The social network X has failed

Users of the social network X (ex. Twitter) reports of widespread disruptions in its work around the world. This was confirmed on June 22 by data from the Downdetector portal.

The crash started after 16:33 Moscow time. The largest number of complaints came from the USA — more than 35 thousand. There are also reports of problems from Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Great Britain, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Japan, Malaysia and several other countries.

Most users complain about problems with the mobile app, website, and feed display. According to Downdetector, failures are also observed in the operation of Canva, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare services.

Problems are observed in the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Australia and other countries.

On February 18, YouTube users around the world reported a massive malfunction of the platform. The peak of complaints occurred at 04:00 Moscow time, problems were recorded by more than 332 thousand people. The majority of complaints (56%) related to problems in the mobile application, and about a third of users encountered difficulties when using the web version and logging in to their account.
