The Russian Creative Week will be held in Moscow on July 17-18.
On July 17-18, the Dream complex in Gorky Park will become the center of the country's creative economy. The Russian Creative Week, the main federal event in the field of creative industries in Russia, will announce a new agenda for the economy of the future, where meanings, values and intellectual potential become a resource for the development of the sector. Registration for the forum is already open and is available on the official website.
The main theme of the festival-forum is global creanomics, values that unite the world. The creative economy is increasingly emerging from the role of an "additional sector" and is asserting its own value-based model, becoming one of the key areas of socio-economic development of the country. The focus is on the role of the creative economy as an independent economic sector capable of influencing the competitiveness of regions, businesses, and the country as a whole.
"Today, competition is increasingly shifting from the field of technology and resources to the field of meanings and values — and this is directly related to how a person sees the world and makes decisions. Creative industries — from IT and design to cinema, media, fashion and architecture — are becoming the resource where these meanings are born and fixed in products. That is why the Russian Creative Week has traditionally become the assembly point of a new agenda — the formation of its own value-oriented model of the creative economy," said Marina Mongush, President of ANO Creative Economy.
The business program is based on three semantic tracks, three levels that will set the trend in key areas of the creative economy development. Each of them will open with its own plenary session and bring together experts around the most significant issues defining the future of the industry.
The first track is "Global Creanomics. Uniting by Values" is dedicated to the formation of new principles of global competition for technologies, meanings and talents. The central topic of the discussion will be the plenary session "Technologies, values and meanings as the foundation of global competition": how to keep the attention of a demanding consumer in an environment where technological leadership is no longer the only competitive advantage.
The agenda includes things that will determine the balance of power for the years to come: digital sovereignty, the development of domestic digital platforms, the formation of regional metabrends, the promotion of Russian creative products in foreign markets, the potential of the Arctic and outer space as new spaces for creative and technological development, as well as cooperation with CIS countries in the field of creative industries.
A separate section of the track will be devoted to the competition for meanings in the era of generative artificial intelligence, including questions of the data on which neural networks are trained, the nature of the generated content and ways to ensure its compliance with public values.
The second thematic vector of the business program is "Creanomics of Russia: The power of diversity in unity" addresses the Russian context and offers a new perspective on territorial development that goes beyond the traditional regional agenda. The plenary session "The Common Space of Meanings: the multinational Landscape as the basis of Russia's creative economy" is devoted to rethinking cultural diversity not only as part of the national heritage, but also as a strategic asset — a source of authentic solutions for various sectors of the economy.
The main focus of the track will be the unified terminology of the creative economy and the presentation of a future new textbook that will define a common language and terminology field for regulators, businesses and regions.
The third thematic block is "A creative person and an image of the future." For the first time, the Russian Creative Week sets the agenda for a person as the author of the creative economy and formulates one of the key challenges: his place and role in the new world. Plenary session "Creative industries as a tool for social transformation. The balance of economic and non-material effects" raises the question of balance, and not just about the growth of indicators.
The agenda includes the concept of a "shimmering creative class" and the change in the labor market by 2030, the alpha generation as co—authors of the new economy, digital and AI literacy of schoolchildren, financial culture, scenarios for the development of single-industry towns, and the Strong Family communication strategy.
Special projects are planned in the forum program: expositions and collaborations of forum partners, "Creative Dialogues" with the Znanie society, the Rosatom project "Creators of Atomic Cities" and the children's media studio "Flora Team".
The program of the festival-forum includes more than 45 events with the participation of more than 350 speakers: from government authorities and development institutions to businesses, state corporations and media holdings. The Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, the Federation Council, the State Duma, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Education, VEB.RUSSIAN FEDERATION, HOUSE.The Russian Federation, AKI, Rostec, Rosatom, Roscosmos, Sber, Yandex, VK, Avito and Wildberries & Russ and the media sector will define the contours of the new agenda.
