An investigation into the case of a baby abandoned in the sun has begun in Kotelniki
In Kotelniki, near Moscow, a man and a woman left a two-month-old baby in a stroller under the scorching sun and went to drink alcohol. As a result of the incident, the child was hospitalized. This was reported on June 22 by a source of Izvestia.
It is specified that passers-by heard the crying of the baby and asked for help. The boy was hospitalized with heat stroke — at that time his parents were intoxicated.
A man and a woman were brought to administrative responsibility and placed on preventive register, and a criminal case was opened into the incident. The Moscow region department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia clarified that investigators are establishing the causes of the incident and studying the family's living conditions.
On June 19, a seven-year-old boy in Kuzbass fell into a coma from heat stroke, which he received after being left in the car by his mother. During the organized inspection, it turned out that the boy came with his mother to Tashtagol from Novokuznetsk. It was established that the victim's mother was gone for about three hours, after which she returned to the parking lot and found her child unconscious.
