- The State Duma proposed to introduce monitoring of ambulance arrivals according to the standard
It is necessary to implement a system for monitoring compliance with standards for the arrival time of ambulance crews on calls in all regions of Russia. This proposal was made on June 22 by State Duma deputy from the Fair Russia faction Yuri Grigoriev.
"There is a standard of 20 minutes, but we need to see where it is being followed and where it is not. Such monitoring can be based on factual data: when the call was received, when the team left, and when they arrived at the patient," the parliamentarian explained.
According to him, the regions will be able to send this information to the Ministry of Health with the concealment of personal data of patients. Such a unified system will allow timely identification of problem areas and take measures to improve the work of services: strengthen teams and update the fleet.
Grigoriev proposed on June 21 to equate doctors with civil servants in terms of status. According to the parliamentarian, such a measure will secure additional support measures for medical workers and ensure a higher level of remuneration.
