A passenger bus was damaged in the Zaporizhia region during an attack by UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Fragments of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) damaged a passenger bus in the Zaporizhia region. This was announced on June 21 by Governor Evgeny Balitsky.

"On the R-280 highway, at the exit from the village of Kirpichnoye, fragments of a downed UAV damaged a regular bus [following the route] Melitopol — Kirpichnoye —Fruitovoye," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

At the time of the incident, according to the head of the region, there were two passengers in the vehicle besides the driver. No one was injured.

Balitsky noted that fragments of the destroyed vehicle damaged the side of the bus and its glazing. Operational services are currently working at the scene of the incident.

On June 11, the operational headquarters of the Belgorod region reported one dead and 11 injured as a result of an attack by an AFU drone on a passenger bus in the village of Voznesenovka. It was clarified that all the wounded were taken to medical institutions, where they received all the necessary assistance.
