The Kherson region was completely de-energized due to a technological malfunction in the power system of the Zaporizhia region. This was announced on June 21 by the company "Khersonenergo".

"Due to a technological malfunction in the power system of the Zaporizhia region, the Kherson region was de—energized," the Telegram channel says.

According to the company, the shutdown affected a number of municipal districts in the region, including Skadovsky, Alyoshkinsky, Golopristan, Chaplynsky, Kalanchaksky, Genichesky, Novotroitsky, Ivanovsky, Nizhneserogozsky, Verkhnerogachiksky, Gornostayevsky, Cheretikhsky, Kakhovsky and Novokakhovsky districts.

It is noted that specialists are working to restore power supply.

On June 14, Khersonenergo announced that in the Kherson region, all 14 municipal districts were completely de-energized due to a technological malfunction in the region's energy system. It was clarified that the following municipal districts were completely de-energized: Skadovsky, Alyoshkinsky, Golopristansky, Chaplynsky, Kalanchaksky, Genichesky, Novotroitsky, Ivanovsky, Nizhneserogozsky, Verkhnerogachiksky, Gornostaevsky, Cheretikhsky, Kakhovsky and Novokakhovsky.
